다. 피고인은 2012. 10. 28. 01:00경에서 04:00경 사이에 위 가항 기재 장소에서, 옷을 입고 잠을 자고 있는 피해자에게 다가가 손을 피해자의 옷 속으로 넣어 피해자의 가슴을 만지고, 피해자가 하지 말라고 하면서 팔꿈치로 피고인을 밀어내었음에도 피해자의 몸을 강제로 돌려 피해자에게 “에이 씨 너 계속 그럴꺼야 ”라고 하면서 계속하여 피해자의 가슴을 만지고 혀로 피해자의 가슴을 핥았다.
