1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,474,963 as well as 20% per annum from February 5, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. Facts of recognition 1) The Plaintiff (Seoul Metropolitan Government Special Purpose Co., Ltd.) is between the Defendant in 2007 and Jung-gu Seoul Special Purpose Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant real estate”) and the Defendant in 2007.54.04 square meters of the land and the building on the ground.
(3) On January 11, 2012, the Plaintiff changed the monthly rent of the lease agreement of KRW 3,850,000 (including value-added tax) between the Defendant and the monthly rent of KRW 3,80,000, and the monthly rent of KRW 3,800. The monthly rent of KRW 3,000 was paid by the 30th day of each month and the monthly rent of KRW 3,80,000, and the monthly rent of KRW 3,50,000 was paid by the 30th day of each month and the monthly rent of KRW 3,80,000. The Plaintiff changed the monthly rent of the lease agreement of KRW 2 to the 3,850,00 (including value-added tax) and the 3,850,000 (including the monthly rent of KRW 20,000) to the 30th day of each month and KRW 300,000 annually.
5) From October 201, the Defendant did not pay a monthly rent on the agreed date and paid it as indicated in the attached Table without delay. The Plaintiff first appropriated the monthly rent paid by the Defendant for the late payment charge as listed in the attached Table, and appropriated the remainder to the rent for the late payment charge, and then appropriated the unpaid rent for KRW 80,474,936 as of February 4, 2015. (5) The Plaintiff appropriated the unpaid rent for KRW 50,000,000 for the rental deposit of the instant real estate in KRW 80,474,936.

B. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant calculated the unpaid rent of KRW 30,474,963 (=80,474,936- the rental deposit of KRW 50,000,00) to the Plaintiff, barring special circumstances.
