1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 174,925,801 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from April 30, 2015 to December 14, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 30, 2015, at around 06:23, the network D (hereinafter referred to as “the network”) operated a fishing vessel owned by the Deceased at approximately 33 degrees e (7.71 meters in length x 2.44 meters in width x 0.76 meters in depth x 0.76 meters in depth x 0.72 degrees in depth, and 1.8 meters in depth, and Defendant C’s fishing vessel owned by Defendant B (the length of which 27.37m x 6.10m x 27.79m x 290m x 27.90m x 27.79m x 290m x 27.9m x 90m x 27.9m x 90m x 9m ) operated at approximately 8m of speed.
