A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2013, at around 03:45, the Defendant: (a) while driving a BM7 vehicle on duty in front of the P&7 vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.202% in front of the P&7 vehicle in the Gu, while driving from the string distance to the direction of the house, the Defendant received a part adjacent to the left side of the victim C(53 years old), who was directly left from the 1st apartment complex side of the B&7 vehicle due to the normal signal due to his occupational negligence in violation of the signal in the state of drinking, was driven by the front part of the said SM7 vehicle.
