1. The Defendant’s KRW 64,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 26, 2014 to November 3, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

(a) 1) Defendant and DBC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “DBC”);

A) Around October 2012, the Busan Regional Meteorological Administration offered a proposal to the Plaintiff to participate in the Daegu Meteorological Experience Center and the project for the construction, design, and the production and installation of exhibits (hereinafter referred to as “Tgu Project”) of the Daegu Meteorological Organization (hereinafter referred to as “Tgu Project”). Around October 2012, the Plaintiff agreed to pay the Plaintiff the price for the services for preparing proposals necessary for participating in the public participation in the Daegu Project (hereinafter referred to as “Tgu Project”). Around November 2012, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff to pay the price for the services. Around November 2012, the Plaintiff completed the work of preparing the proposal for the Daegu Project, and then delivered the said proposal to DBC at that time. B) Around that time, the Defendant offered a proposal to the Ulleung-gun for the exhibition design and the project for the production and installation of exhibition facilities (hereinafter referred to as “UG project”).

In order to participate in the contract, around March 2013, the Plaintiff set out a contract (including value-added tax) with the amount of KRW 27,500,000 (hereinafter referred to as “Ull Project Proposal”).

(2) On April 2013, the Plaintiff completed a proposal work under the contract for the preparation of the project proposal, and around that time, delivered the said proposal to the Defendant.

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts, according to the claim for the cost of preparing the Daegu project proposal, the defendant is obligated to pay the above price of KRW 38,500,000 to the plaintiff, unless there are special circumstances.

B. The plaintiff of the 1 party's claim for the cost of preparing the project proposal is 27,50,000 won for the defendant's payment according to the contract agreement for the project proposal, and the plaintiff.
