Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on September 20, 2007; on August 21, 2009, the Busan District Court sentenced him/her to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on July 22, 2011, the Changwon District Court was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Changwon District Court on July 10, 201; and on March 11, 2017, the execution of the sentence was terminated.

[Criminal facts]

1. On October 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; (b) around 14:00 on October 24, 2017, the victim D, in front of the victim D’s home located in the window C at Changwon-si; and (c) removed the locks of the entrance by using the dracker who was in possession of the victim without the victim; and (d) invaded the dracks into the house; and (c) cut off with one string of 450,00 won at the market price of the victim, which is the victim’s ownership

From that time to October 29, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property in the same manner as the list of crimes, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form, from Changwon City, at a total of nine times.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced twice or more to larceny, and again stolen the victims' property within three years after the execution of the punishment was completed.

2. On October 29, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a motor device driver’s license in the section of about 2 km from the front side of the house located on the 47-lane of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, to the 918 Gyeongwon-si parking lot, without obtaining a motor device driver’s license, from the front side of the house located on October 29, 2017 to the 918 Gyeongwon-si.
