The defendant is a passenger boarding the subway 2 lines, and the victim D is a subway security officer belonging to the Seoul Mart.

On November 29, 2014, the Defendant moved to the connecting passage between subway 2 and subway 2194, around 13:46 on November 29, 2014.

Accordingly, the victim moved to the boarding partitions for the movement of other passengers and the safety of the defendant during the patrol, and used the arms, and the defendant assaulted the victim by means of cutting off the clothes of the victim once.
