Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On December 19, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a crime of causing property damage at Seoul Southern District Court, and KRW 3,000,000 as a crime of damaging public goods at the Seoul Central District Court on January 15, 2013, and on April 19, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months as a result of interference with train traffic in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch on April 19, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 4, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

[2014 Highest 1025] On March 17, 2014, at around 21:47, the Defendant destroyed the 420,200 water supply cost, so far as the Defendant had a wind, on the ground that the automatic door of the 2nd entrances of the large-scale 2nd, among TV installed at the third floor of the large-scale 214 in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, was opened.

As a result, the defendant damaged the property owned by the Korea Railroad Corporation (Cole Day).
