A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 28, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million by the Suwon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a passenger car Benz C200.
1. Although the Defendant had been under the influence of punishment for drunk driving as above, at around 01:05 on November 18, 2019, the Defendant driven the said benz vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.157% of alcohol level from D in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, to the end of F in the Southern-gu, Busan-gu.
2. Around 01:05 on November 18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., after-accident), driving a benz car while under the influence of alcohol, and driving the above F-way side road from G to H apartment.
At the time, there was a lot of parking cars according to the side streets, so in such a case, the driver had a duty of care to look well at the front left, and to operate the steering system accurately and safely.
Nevertheless, the Defendant continued to receive the Defendant’s J-Wood vehicle owned by the Victim I, which was parked in the front bank due to negligence while neglecting the foregoing, and continued to receive the Defendant’s Lwinged vehicle owned by the Victim K, and due to its shock, the Defendant got the Nwiter vehicle owned by the Victim M, the Victim Pren vehicle owned by the VictimO, the Victim Q Q Q, the RY YF La vehicle owned by the Victim Q, and the rocketing vehicle owned by the Victim.
Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence in performing the above duties so as to cover KRW 4,383,423 of the repair cost, such as fences and panel seals, and to cover KRW 2,161,267 of the repair cost, such as the repair cost of the victim I-owned J-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W
