Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2015, in front of the Incheon B apartment guard room, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim D (Ye, 58 years of age) with a large number of apartment residents, such as C, by providing the victim D (Ye, 58 years of age), “Ie, Ie the same farb, Ie, Ie, or laver, so far as Ie, governance, farb, Ie, Ie, Ie, Ie, Ie, Ie, Ie, Ie, etc.).”
