The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is as follows: “The Defendant was unable to breath because of his bad age, width, and so on, on April 22, 2012, at the sick room where seven patients, including 08:00, Gwangju Northern District C Hospital 406, and 45 years old, including the victim D(the age of 45).” The Defendant first saw the year in which she was unable to breath for every two years, and she was unable to receive back, and the year in which she was low.
