1. The Defendant’s each of the money stated in the “personal fee” column for each Plaintiff in the separate sheet No. 2 attached hereto and each of them on December 2012.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a broadcasting company that operates broadcasting business and cultural service business, and the plaintiffs are employees in office in the defendant.
B. "Remuneration" in Article 3 (Definition) of the Rules on Remuneration for the Defendant and the Wage Convention refers to the pay, bonus and retirement pension paid in compensation for the work.
Article 19 (Classification of Bonus) (1) Bonuses shall be classified into regular contributions and welfare costs.
(2) In principle, regular leisure shall be 700% per annum and shall be paid on the 15th of the relevant month.
(3) The rate, timing, and subjects of the payment of welfare expenses shall be determined by the board of directors in consideration of the company's ordinary business management status.
Article 21 (Restriction on Payment) Bonuses shall be paid only to persons who have actually worked as of the date of payment.
Article 22 (Calculation of Amount to be Paid) (1) The period for two months before the base date of payment shall be the calculation period, and the number of actual working days during the period shall be calculated and paid as follows:
