1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiffs each amount stated in the “personal fee” in the attached Table 1 sheet, and against this, from March 21, 2017.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are those who have entered into an inorganic employment contract with the Defendant and worked as street cleaners.

B. The contents of the wage agreement concluded between the labor union to which the Plaintiffs were affiliated (hereinafter “instant trade union”) and the Defendant in 2014 (hereinafter “instant wage agreement”) relating to the instant case are as follows.
