1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiffs each amount stated in the “personal fee” in the attached Table 1 sheet, and against this, from March 21, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are those who have entered into an inorganic employment contract with the Defendant and worked as street cleaners.

B. The contents of the wage agreement concluded between the labor union to which the Plaintiffs were affiliated (hereinafter “instant trade union”) and the Defendant in 2014 (hereinafter “instant wage agreement”) relating to the instant case are as follows.

Article 3 (Reward) The Gun shall be paid as bonus on the date of payment of wages as follows:

1. Weather allowances: 200% of ordinary wages shall be paid five times a year;

(2, 3, 6, 9, 40% each in December)

2. Allowance for good attendance: Two to one hundred percent of ordinary wages shall be paid twice a year.

(in addition to the number of continuous service years, payment shall be made in accordance with the criteria in attached Table 2, each of 0-50% in 1,7 months).

3. Physical training expenses: 250% of ordinary wages shall be paid five times a year.

(4, 5, 8, 10, and 50%) Article 4 (Allowances) The Gun shall pay the following allowances to the members:

1. Family allowances;

2. Fixed meal service allowances;

3. Family support allowances; and

4. Traffic assistance allowances; and

5. Special service allowances.

6. Allowances for encouragement of work;

7. Allowances for consolation;

8. A major holiday allowance: 120% of ordinary wages shall be paid.

(No. 60% of the ordinary wages). (No. 9. 10. Welfare allowances 10. Educational expenses 12. overtime work allowances and holiday allowances shall be paid 150% of the ordinary wages, and night work allowances shall be paid by adding 50% of the ordinary wages to 10.

13.The annual paid leave allowance shall be 100% of the ordinary wage, and the annual paid leave allowance shall be paid by paying 100% of the ordinary wage for the annual paid leave not used.

Article 7 (Ordinary Wage) Ordinary Wage means a fixed amount to be paid periodically and uniformly.

(1) Ordinary wages shall be limited to basic wages, special duty allowances, work encouragement allowances, household allowances, fixed meal allowances, traffic assistance allowances, and sanitation allowances.
