Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In order to detached the sealed registration number plate, it shall obtain permission from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, around 11:00 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant removed the V of the registration license plate of the front vehicle C in front of the vehicle owned by the Defendant on the road near Busan Jin-gu B.
