1. The Defendants shall pay the Plaintiff each money stated in the “unpaid amount” column of the attached list and each of them.

1. Determination as to the claim against Defendant I

A. Although there is no dispute between the parties to the determination on the cause of the claim, or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the statement in the statement in subparagraphs 1, 2, and 3-6, Defendant I subscribed to the Plaintiff Association as a member of the Plaintiff Association; although Defendant I was liable to pay monthly membership fees, Defendant I did not pay KRW 768,000 in total of membership fees from May 10, 2004 to May 10, 2012; barring any special circumstance, Defendant I is obligated to pay the Plaintiff money at each annual rate of 20% as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from November 29, 2014 to September 30, 2015, as the date of delivery of the copy of the complaint in this case as the Plaintiff seeks, and the next day from September 30, 2015 to the date of full payment.

B. Defendant I’s assertion and its determination on the Plaintiff’s assertion that, after joining the Plaintiff Association as a member, Defendant I expressed his intent to withdraw the Plaintiff Association by wire to the Plaintiff Association employees, and joined the Korea Freight Trucking Association in 2004, and did not receive any instruction on the operation of the Association from the Plaintiff, and thus, the Plaintiff is not obligated to pay membership fees to the Plaintiff. However, the Plaintiff Association is an association that performs the same business as the business entrusted by the State or a local government, with the permission of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, in order to promote the sound development of trucking transport business and promote mutual interests of trucking transport business operators pursuant to Article 48 of the Trucking Transport Business Act, in preparation and management of statistics necessary for the promotion and development of trucking transport business, collection, investigation and research of foreign data, education and training of managers and trucking employees, guidance for the improvement of trucking transport business management, guidance for the improvement of trucking transport
