Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Busan High Court on April 3, 2013, and is currently under probation after the judgment became final and conclusive on April 11, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 06:00 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took a d safety center in Yongsan-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, a Masan-si, using the key in the vehicle, one FF white-flur vehicle in an amount of 18 million won at the market price owned by the victim E, who is not corrected; and (b) took a 300,000 won car, which is the victim in the said vehicle, by taking advantage of the key in the vehicle; and (c) cutting down the 2,2150,000 won in total, including two golf-flurgs equivalent to 3 million won at the market price.
2. On June 15, 2013, around 16:37, 201, the Defendant purchased 926,000 won in the “H” clothing store located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, in total, such as Cheongbab, Twitts, etc., and then delivered NA to the employees I at that place as if the Defendant had a legitimate right to use the NA card and then paid the price to the Defendant, thereby illegally using the credit card. The Defendant received property worth KRW 926,000 in total, such as the above Cheongbaba, etc.
3. On June 15, 2013, from around 06:00 to around 02:00 the following day, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle with approximately 240 kilometers from the front of the D Safety Center located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, Kimhae-si, Daegu-si, and Changwon-si, without obtaining a driver’s license from around 266-33, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, and Changwon-si, Mawon-si, Mawon-si, to the front road in front of 266-33, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Mawon-si.
