A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social service personnel who served in the department C of the astronomical Labor Branch Office C, which is located in the 900-dong, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu.

Social service personnel shall not leave their post, or shall not serve in the relevant field for a total period of not less than eight days without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: two days from November 3, 2016 to November 4, 201; two days from November 7, 2016 to November 8, 201; two days from December 21, 2016 to December 22, 200; and from March 8, 2017 to December 22, 201.

3. Until September 2, 201, on March 14, 2017, a total of nine days, including one day, etc., was absent from work without good cause, and the person was absent from work.
