A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social service worker who works in Gangnam-si C located in Gangnam-si.

Social service personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, during the period from November 1, 2016 to November 14, 2016, the Defendant left his service without justifiable grounds for ten days.
