1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 28, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. On February 5, 2015, the Defendant, indicating the claim, made a false statement to the Plaintiff, stating that “If he/she lends money, he/she would make an investment in a trade company exporting to Japan, and would pay the principal by not later than February 5, 2016.”

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the Plaintiff, received cash of KRW 20 million from the Plaintiff on the same day as the loan money, and acquired money by remitting KRW 4 million to the Gyeongnam Bank account under the name of the Defendant.
