A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2015, around 10:50, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim E (56) from the entrance door of the entrance "D church" located in C to the church, and (b) took part in the victim’s hands by way of an extension of the entrance correction device.

As a result, the defendant injured the victim, such as the right hand hand, which requires two weeks of treatment.
