Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant B was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny at the District Court on September 26, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison on March 2, 2018.
1. On October 7, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around October 18, 2018, up to 19:00 on the same day from around 18:41 to 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant came to fall under the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment E, where the victim C is living; (b) entered the said apartment E-ho window, which is not locked, through the window of the victim; and (c) up to 12 million won in total, the market price of the victim’s possession in the inside, inside, and at the small, the inner, and small, the total market price of KRW 12 million; and (d) the total market price of KRW 3,00,000,000,000,000 in total; and (d) the market price of KRW 400,000.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.
2. Around March 1, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around March 1, 2019, the Defendant came to fall under the G Apartment G Apartment G apartment H when the victim F is living between around 18:44 and 19:20, and opened and opened a multi-use window where the Plaintiff was not able to take a rail of the window of the above apartment H head; (b) the Defendant was holding a 300,000 U.S. dollars equivalent to the total amount of KRW 70,000,000,000, total amount of KRW 2,000,000,000.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.
3. Accordingly, the defendant is in the residence of the victim at night.
