Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 10, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch, on March 19, 2009. 2. Criminal facts;
A.
