Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Seoul Central District Court on the 11st of the same month, and the judgment became final and conclusive.

1. On October 4, 2010, the Defendant, at the Han Bank Permission point located in the Sinsi-si, the wife Kim Jong-dong, entered the application form for the opening of the bank transaction account B, which was kept for the purpose of exercising, and entered the application form for the opening of the bank transaction account B in the applicant column, and affixed the official seal of the representative director on the next page, forged one copy of the application form for the bank transaction under the name of the B.

In addition, this was delivered to the staff in charge of the above bank as if they were duly drawn up.

2.
