Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From August 25, 2014 to October 2, 2014, Defendant A engaged in commercial sex acts by having an unspecified number of male customers engage in commercial sex acts with F, etc., which is a female sex trafficking, by having them engage in commercial sex acts, from around August 25, 2014 to around October 2, 2014.
2. Defendant B, while being well aware of the fact that he/she is engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic as set forth in paragraph (1) above, provided that he/she leased the place under paragraph (1) above, which is owned by the Defendant, to A without monthly rent, and provided it to A as a place for sexual traffic, thereby engaging in the act of arranging sexual traffic.
