A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 03:55 on October 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was divingd with DK 5 driver’s seat above DK 2, which was parked on the front of C at a dK 5 driver’s seat before the driver’s seat, and, (b) “I am fright to the Defendant upon receipt of a report; (c) I amfright at the seat above the Defendant; (d) I amfright at the seat above the Defendant; (d) I amfright to the new wall; (e) I amfright at the driver’s seat; (e) I amfright to the son; (e) I am amfright to the Defendant; and (e) I amfright to the Defendant move again; and (e) I amfright to the Defendant; (e) I amfright to do so at the same time I amfright; and (e) I am amfright and amfright to do so.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers.
