A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 18, 2019, the Defendant who forged private documents does not want to be punished by Defendant A (F) with respect to the “Agreement”, “2019 high-level783 assault cases using computers at the office of a certified judicial scrivener in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Bbuilding C, D, a certified judicial scrivener office.

On November 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on the upper day of Seocheon-si, 129 Incheon District Court Branch Decision 352, supra, submitted a forged agreement to G by the court of 129 Incheon District Court, which is a document that was duly formed as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1; (b) the Defendant submitted it to G by the vice- branch of the Incheon District Court, which is aware of the fact to G.
