A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) ordered “E” 10,000 won of the Victim D (M, 51 years of age); (b) ordered 80,000 won of the total amount of 80,000 scam bars to take care of the victim; and (c) took care of the horses to request calculation from the victim; and (d) assaulted the victim’s left cam with his hand-to-face at one time.

2. The Defendant interfered with his duties, at the time, at the time, at the place, as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, assaults D with the proprietor as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and prevents the Defendant from performing funeral services, referring to the customers of the entertainment bar.

"Abrupt," and brutling, it was difficult to avoid disturbance for about 20 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.

1. The injured Defendant: (a) around March 21, 2018, 2018 at H main points operated by the Victim G (F, 57 years of age) who was in F at F on drinking on March 21, 2018, “A victim was under the influence of alcohol, only C, who performed the alcohol so that he/she was under the influence of alcohol, and returned home.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim, i.e., double skins and ear injury that need to be treated for about two weeks.

On April 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was in the same fact as the preceding paragraph on April 23:03, 2018; (b) found the victim G at the police station; (c) found the victim’s desire to take care of the victim; and (d) found the victim’s husband I in order to comply with it; and (c) 15 minutes of the disturbance, she avoided the disturbance; and (d) 2 female guests who had drinking alcohol at the main point to take out the disturbance.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business activities by force.
