A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The victim C was aware of the victim’s occurrence of alcohol addiction treatment by being hospitalized in the Busan National Hospital. From December 18, 2015, the victim was accommodated with the Defendant in Changwon-si Eel 108, where the Defendant silentd from around December 18, 2015.

On December 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received one copy of the Victim’s Cze Card from the Defendant’s bank in the name of the victim to withdraw money from the victim on December 12, 2015; and (b) withdrawn cash amounting to KRW 1.3 million from the same place of Masan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si on December 22, 2015; and (c) purchased 1.250,000 won in cash from the Plaintiff at the same place of Masan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (d) purchased 1.25 million won in cash from the victim.

The Defendant, at around 16:00 on December 22, 2015, drink 1030,000 won in cash that the victim was under the influence of alcohol while drinking together with the victim, was under the influence of alcohol.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. On December 22, 2015, the theft of cash withdrawal C in the account in the name of C was killed by blood transfusion from the upper Minister at around 22:00, and around 108, the Defendant discovered that C died, and reported around 23:18 on December 22, 2015.

The Defendant, like the statement in paragraph 1, died of C without returning C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s c’s c’s c’s card to F on December 23, 2015.

On December 23, 2015, F: (a) from around 01:51 to around 02:02, the H convenience store located in Changwon-si G in Changwon-si, to H convenience store managed by a person whose name is unknown at the H convenience store located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, who is not known of the name installed therein; and (b) collected the above physical card and withdrawn the total amount of KRW 2 million in cash on seven occasions in total.

The Defendant, in collusion with F, stolen a total of two million won in cash in collusion with F.

3. From May 17, 2016, the Defendant is a victim I who is in the members of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
