피고인들은 성명 불상의 조직원의 지시를 받아 보이스 피 싱 범행으로 입금된 돈을 인출한 다음 이를 보이스 피 싱 조직원에게 전달하는 현금 인출 책으로서, 성명 불상자들과 사이에 불특정 다수의 피해자들에게 전화를 하여 대출을 받게 해 주겠다는 등의 거짓말을 하여 피해자들 로부터 기존 대출금 상환, 대출 수수료 등의 명목으로 돈을 송금 받아 이를 편취하기로 공모하고, 위 공모에 따라 성명 불 상의 보이스 피 싱 조직원인 일명 ‘F ’로부터 중국의 모바일 메신저 인 위 챗 (we chat) 을 통하여 지시를 받고 퀵 서비스 기사를 통하여 위 F가 알려 준 장소에서 비밀번호가 기재된 카드를 건네받아 서울 일대를 다니면서 현금 지급기에서 현금을 인출한 다음 그 돈을 다시 위 F가 지시한 계좌로 무통장 입금 하는 등의 방법으로 송금하는 역할을 담당하였다.
