Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2015, the president of the National Democratic Trade Union (B; hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Union”) led by the president of the National Democratic Trade Union was planning to hold the “all of the public substitute competitions” at the Malmun-gu square around 16:00.
