A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, committed an indecent act against female students, such as eating, eating, etc. by intrusion upon female students' toilets near the lodging house, while having been found to have a more extreme sexual interest in his/her lodging room, he/she committed an indecent act against female students, in the same way as the face of the dynamic image, such as eating, etc.

After threatening as mentioned above, the Defendant got the victim to get the above victim frighten and look at the urine, and received the urine of the above victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the female toilets of elementary schools, which are buildings managed by the victim D, and forced the victim F to commit an indecent act.

2. While the Defendant, while committing an act of self-defense at his house, found a more stimulative sexual interest that would not be a reason, he had intruded into a female toilet at an elementary school Ethy, and tried to steals the face of female students seeing the urine.

On June 19, 2012, the defendant, around 14:05, was not corrected at E elementary school managed by C victim D, and entered the front section of the second floor female toilets of the building through the door.
