1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime committed on January 7, 2013;

A. At around 16:00 on January 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered a 1st female toilet located in a corporate bank C branch located in Busan District Department B; and (b) entered the toilet and intrudes into the toilet, which is a structure managed by the said Vice Minister D, on the ground that the female’s photograph was affixed to the toilet located in the toilet; and (c) entered the toilet.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) taken by the Defendant against his will, on the same date and time as the above paragraph (a), and at a place of the first column of the toilet, using the galthogle 2 smartphone installed in the galthogle juno-gram2 smartphones, to photograph the body of the victim’s body that could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by photographing the body part of the victim’s body that could not know about the name being dalloned from

2. The Defendant committed a crime around January 8, 2013, at around 16:00 on January 8, 2013, intruded into female toilets in the same manner as that of the foregoing 1-A, and in the same manner as that of the foregoing 1-A.

3. Crimes committed on January 9, 2013;

A. At around 16:00 on January 9, 2013, the Defendant intruded into female toilets in the same place as the above 1’s A, and in the same manner.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc.”) taken pictures of the victim’s body against his will, on the same date and time as the above paragraph (a) above, and at the same place as the first partitions of the toilet, using the galthocle 2 smartphone installed in the galthogle, in which it is impossible to identify the victim’s name appearing in the said place, by photographing the victim’s body part of the body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame.

4. Crimes committed on March 27, 2013;

A. Around 16:00 on March 27, 2013, the Defendant intruded into female toilets in the same manner as the above 1-A at the same place.

B. The Defendant causing property damage shall enter the date, place, and the first column of the toilet into the toilet and use an insular tool.
