A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is serving as social service personnel from Jinju B to Jinju, who is in the career of 155.

Social service personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant left office without justifiable grounds for a total of 14 days, including November 13, 2017; from November 22, 2017 to November 24, 2017; from November 27, 2017; from December 5, 2017; from December 7, 2017; from December 13, 2017 to December 15, 2017; and from December 18, 2017 to December 21, 2017.
