Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Points of false entry in public electronic records;

A. On May 18, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00, in the registration division of the Daejeon District Court located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon District Court; (b) in fact, the Defendant established a stock company C and operated it as the representative director; (c) there is no thought that it would be operated as the corporation; (d) Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; and (e) the representative director: (c) submitted an application for the establishment registration of the corporation to the effect that it is: (d) 101; and (e) had the public official in charge of registration known of the fact enter the contents as above in the corporate register of the corporation in the said corporate register of the Seo-gu, Seo

B. On May 18, 2010, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for registration of incorporation with the purport that “mutual name: (b) Company E; (c) Company E; (d) Company E; and (c) Company A; and (d) Company A: the representative director; and (c) filed a false report with the public official in charge of registration without knowledge of the fact; and (d) made the public official enter the same into the said content in the corporate register E, Inc., a corporation of the commercial registration electronic data processing system, which is a public record, by falsely filing a false report with respect to the public official.

2. Points for events of false- recorded public electronic records;

A. The defendant 1-A

The registration of the Daejeon District Court in Seosan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon around the time and time set forth in paragraph 1-A above.

As stated in the paragraph, the register stating false facts was stored and exercised so that it can be perused.

B. The defendant 1-B

No. 1-B. 1-B from the Daejeon District Court Security Office located around the time of the entry in the port of Bocheon-dong 423-14.

As stated in paragraph (1), the register stating any false fact shall be made.
