1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 40,000,000 and KRW 20,000 among them, from October 27, 2016.

1. The Defendant Company A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) borrowed the following money from the Plaintiff on October 27, 2016 and November 4, 2016, and the remaining Defendants jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant Company’s obligation to borrow money on April 2017.

On October 27, 2016: The loan date: 20,000,000 won: 4.6% per annum; and on October 26, 2017: the date of borrowing on November 4, 2016: 20,000 won: interest: 4.6% per annum; and on November 3, 2017: the date of maturity: November 3, 2016. [based on recognition]: The facts that there is no dispute against the defendant company; the purport of the entire pleadings; the defendant B; and the purport of the entire pleadings (including the serial number); the judgment by each confession statement (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).

According to the above facts, the Defendants jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 40,00,000 and KRW 20,000,00,000 from October 27, 2016, which is the borrowing date, to the Plaintiff; from November 4, 2016, which is the borrowing date, to March 12, 2018, the duplicate of the instant complaint was served on the Defendant, until March 12, 2018, when the duplicate of the instant complaint was served on the Defendant Company; from April 8, 2018, the Defendant Company delivered to the Defendant Company the duplicate of the instant complaint to the Defendant Company; from April 20, 2018, the annual rate of KRW 4.6%, which is each agreement, and from April 20, 2018, until the full payment date, 15% interest rate per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
