1. Attached real estate in the judgment of the first instance, including the primary claim and the conjunctive claim added by this court.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and Defendant B owned 1/2 shares of each of the lands listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 of the real estate list (hereinafter “instant land”). The history of the instant land and the process of ownership change are as follows.
1) Unless there are special circumstances, F is omitted in marking the location of the land at the Simri (hereinafter referred to as “Sim-si I” and only the “HH parcel number” is to be written.
(2) The Plaintiff and Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 2, 201, with respect to each share of 1/2 out of J-J 595 square meters on November 23, 2010 with the receipt of No. 357 square meters on September 22, 2010, and with respect to each share of 357 square meters on September 18, 1997, G completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt of No. 8653 on April 16, 2009.
3) On June 29, 201, the area was divided into 77 square meters prior to L on June 29, 201, and the remaining 280 square meters prior to K was changed into 280 square meters for K religion on June 25, 2012. Moreover, on June 25, 2012, J forest land was converted into 648 square meters for P religion site on June 25, 2012. Meanwhile, E completed the registration of ownership transfer as to M forest land 259 square meters as of February 22, 2012.
5) The Plaintiff and Defendant B completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 4, 2012, 2012, with respect to each of 1/2 shares of N Forest No. 66§³ on March 28, 2012, with respect to each of the 66§³ of N Forest. The Plaintiff and Defendant B completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 4, 2012, with respect to each of the said shares of 1/2 shares of N Forest No. 9020, which was received on April 5, 2012. After that, N Forest 66§³ was converted into 92 square meters on June 25, 2012 into 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 for P religious site and 280 square meters for K Religious site on July 4, 2012.
