1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is that the part related to the defendant in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is identical to that of the judgment of the court of first instance, in addition to the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 12 through 15 (including the serial number) which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as evidence added to the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
