1. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2013. 4. 22. 00:10경 서울 용산구 B 앞 도로에서 교통사고 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 C지구대 소속 경위 D, 경사 E이 음주운전의 의심이 되어 운전면허증 제시를 요구하자 “사이드밀러만 살짝 부딪혔는데 니들이 왜 와, 이 짭새 새끼들아, 니들은 꺼져버려 새끼들아”라고 욕설을 하며 이를 제지하고, 운전면허증 제시를 요구하면서 음주 운전한 사실이 있는지 질문하는 경위 D의 멱살을 양손으로 1회 잡아 흔들고, 경사 E의 왼쪽 어깨부분을 오른손바닥으로 1회 밀치고 양손으로 멱살을 잡고 흔드는 등 정복을 입고 공무를 수행중인 경찰관에게 욕설과 폭력을 행사하여 정당한 공무집행을 방해하였다.
