1. Murder of Defendant and the person who requested the attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) and the person who requested the attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) on January 1, 201
A. The relationship between the Defendants and the victim Defendant A was friendly with the victim N(20) and the victim A at the same hospital on or around 2015, after being hospitalized in the same hospital. Defendant B was aware of the victim’s first being present at the middle school and became friendly with the victim’s first being present at the middle school, and Defendant D was 1’s second-year high school.

A and Defendant B have become aware of each other through the victim, and Defendant E had been aware of about four years ago with the victim, and around May 2017, the relationship between Defendant B and the victim was between Defendant B and the victim.
B. On June 13, 2017, Defendant A and Defendant B, before committing the crime, opened a mobile phone in the name of another person, and collected money by means of “on-site tin” under the name of a person who immediately sells a mobile phone and obtains money from sales of a mobile phone, and around June 13, 2017, proposed that Defendant D’s “on-site tin” was defective, and carried Defendant D’s name from that time, and carried Defendant D’s name as “on-site tin.”

At around June 17, 2017, Defendant A and Defendant B started to enter C with the introduction of Defendant D’s high school and the introduction of Defendant D’s O, and start to enter C from that time with the introduction of the “on-site tin.” At the same time, Defendant C opened the “on-site tin” by using C, such as: (a) having one cell phone unit and one shape PC owned by C, selling it as a medium, and selling it as three new cell phone units in C’s name; and (b) immediately selling the said cell phone and receiving the sales payment.
In addition, on June 20, 2017, the Defendants met with the victim for the purpose of attracting the victim to the "on-line tin" at the mutual spon spon spon in the middle spon spon store located in the Jeonju-si.
At that place, Defendant A uses mobile phones.
