1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 889,288,962 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 27, 2016 to the day of full payment.

According to the overall purport of the statements and arguments by Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including serial numbers) as to the cause of the claim, it is recognized that the plaintiff supplied multi-purpose supply equipment, etc. to the defendant from July 2013 to August 2015, and that the plaintiff was not paid KRW 89,288,962 out of the price of the goods.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 27, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of full payment.

In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
