1. The defendant shall pay 5,540,100 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 15, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

The fact that the plaintiff supplied goods, such as server, to the defendant from January 1, 2019 to March of the same year that was not paid KRW 5,540,100 for the goods can be acknowledged by the overall purport of each entry and pleading under the provisions of subparagraphs A and A (including the serial number). Thus, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 15, 2019 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order in this case.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
