A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 21, 2019, the Defendant issued KRW 100,000 to the person under whose name the PC stairs located in Suwon-si District Office B, Suwon-si, and purchased a psychotropic drug merpter (hereinafter referred to as “clophone”) volume of the psychotropic drug.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On April 21, 2019, around 13:00 on April 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) administered philopon one time by inserting 0.04g of philopon into a single-use injection machine after dilution with clopon purchased from the mutual unfolding telecom in the Suwon-si Transferdong, such as paragraph (1).

B. On April 22, 2019, around 01:00 on April 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) administered phiphones once by inserting 0.05g of philophones purchased from the telecom described in the foregoing paragraph (a) by dilution them into a single-use injection machine; and (b) in injection into the biocom.

C. On April 22, 2019, around 15:00 on April 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) administered philopon once by inserting 0.04g of philopon into a disposable injection machine by dilutioning 0.04g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, as purchased at the E-ray located in Asan-si; (b) around 15:05 on the same day, the Defendant injected 0.025g of philopon purchased at the same place as paragraph (1) by dilution it into a single-use injection machine; and (c) administered philopon once by inserting it into a single-use injection machine.
