A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

In 2014, six assistant prosecutors' offices (unused) that have been seized shall be located in six assistant prosecutors' offices.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) in the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 22, 2013.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not sell or administer a psychotropic drug camblopon (one-name copon; hereinafter referred to as "copon").

Nevertheless, the Defendant traded and administered philophones as follows.

1. On June 9, 2014, the Defendant remitted KRW 500,000 to the account of community credit cooperatives in the name of D as designated by C from the French land, and around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 0.4g of philopon contained in C in the Furine E located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

2. On June 9, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting 0.03 gopon into a single-use popon into the Defendant’s arms blood cellphones by dilution with bio-biologicals.

3. On June 10, 2014, at around 04:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting 0.03ghon into a single-use injection room, and dilution with bio-biologicals, in a way of injecting them into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

4. On June 10, 2014, at around 07:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting 0.03ghon into a single-use injection room, and dilution with bio-biologicals, in a way of injecting them into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

5. On August 16, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting 0.03ghon into a single-use injection machine from Hmoto 7 210 popon in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, in a way of injecting it into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

6. On August 28, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant issued KRW 2.2 million to C at the above Fel’s protection room, and around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 0.8g of a philopon contained in C at the crosswalk near Incheon Bupyeong Station.

7. On August 29, 2014, the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) is Ansan-si around 22:00.
