Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced on September 7, 201 to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (mariju) in Red Support by the Daejeon District Court on September 7, 201, and was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution on the 15th of the same month, and is currently under suspended execution.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On January 13, 2013, the Defendant thought that he/she received a certified copy of the resident registration card in D name, a certified copy of the resident registration card, an abstract of the resident registration card, the agricultural cooperative head of the agricultural cooperative, and a cash card from C to receive a loan from a financial institution.
On January 15, 2013, the Defendant, at the real estate auction office in Bupyeong-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and consulted with the F of the lending consultant in the name of D by leaving a telephone, and then arbitrarily recorded “D” in the column, which is the preparation of the “written confirmation of the lending consultant” sent by facsimile from F, and then prepared one copy of the “written confirmation of the lending consultant” in the name of D by signing “D,” and sent the said document to F, who is unaware of the circumstances, by facsimile as genuine.

2.
