The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On January 16, 2019, at around 21:40 of the facts charged, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (year 41) who is intending to drink the disturbance and drink together with drinking at the above main point, by drinking mixed alcoholic beverages at the “C” main point in the Nam-gu Nam-gu Gwangju, Nam-gu, Gwangju, and committing assaulting the victim on two occasions, without any particular reason, to the victim D (year 41) who is intending to take the disturbance outside of the above main place where the victim’s left knife would drink with drinking alcohol.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish him.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
