The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Around 10:20 on June 26, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victims by drinking the head and left arms of the victim D (the age of 54) at the main point of “C” located in Namyang-si B, Namyang-si, without any particular reason, and by drinking the victim E (the age of 57) at one time as a drinking.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

(b) The victims shall express their intent not to prosecute after the institution of public prosecution;

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
