1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 274,518,449 and the amount of KRW 173,650,409 from August 19, 2016 to the date of full payment.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 9, the same facts are acknowledged as stated in the grounds for claims in the annexed sheet (However, it is evident that the "910,000,000 won" listed in the annexed sheet No. 2-c. of the changed grounds for claims is "91,00,000 won"). The defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 173,650,000 won in balance of the principal and interest of loans of KRW 274,518,449 as well as the rate of delay damages from September 7, 2015 to the date of complete payment from August 19, 2016 to the date of full payment.

2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
