Defendant
A, on October 14, 2016, was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and two months for fraud, etc. in the Goyang Branch of the District Court, and on August 16, 2017, the enforcement of the sentence was terminated in the medical institution for the Government.
Any person other than a person handling narcotics shall be prohibited from possessing, possessing, using, transporting, controlling, importing, exporting, manufacturing, preparing, administering, trading, arranging the transaction of, or providing, psychotropic drugs.
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
