A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons who win at the betting results, and no person shall do gambling using such similar acts.

On March 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) hosting the C Dormitory 501, located in Ildong-gu, Ilyang-gu, Youngdong-gu, and (b) downloaded the outcome of the winning or winning of the sports games in Korea and abroad; (c) exchanged dividends calculated by multiplying the betting amount by the dividend rate; and (d) failed to meet the result, exchanged the dividends; (d) opened in a manner that loses the betting amount; and (e) connected the online private sports organizer’s account (Account Number: E) to the National Bank’s account in the name of the Defendant (Account Number): (e) remitted KRW 50,000 from the National Bank’s account (Account Number: G) in the name of F Co., Ltd., which is the above site’s operation account; (e) deposited the corresponding game money in Korea and abroad; and (e) predicted the game “or no-take” or “no-take” score; and (e) carried out a total of KRW 300,500 through the attached table until June 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant was stuffed by using similar acts.
