A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons who win at the betting results, and no person shall do gambling using such similar acts.

Around July 3, 2011, the Defendant hostings the winning or outcome of a domestic or foreign sports game in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, No. 1, 706, 1, 706, and exchanged dividends calculated by multiplying the dividend rate, and if it fails to meet the result, he/she shall lose the printing amount, the Defendant sent 50,000 won to the National Bank Account (Account Number:D) in the name of the Defendant’s new bank account (Account Number) in the name of the Defendant, E, which is the operating account of the above site, and deposited 50,000 won to the National Bank Account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant, 50,000 won in total, as stated in the attached Table 30,500,500 won in total, from that time to December 5, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant was stuffed by using similar acts.
